CALULU (the “Service”) matches the free time on the calendars of multiple participants to assist with scheduling.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service by impersonating another person
• Interfering with the operation of the Service (e.g., excessive access)
• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals

3. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of cases where features become unavailable due to specification changes or outages of connected calendar services, or of the results of candidate calculation. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

4. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be changed as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will announce them on this page.
